Indian media turning into giant monster. Its happening, day by day, as time goes by. Indian media sector has such a strong hold over each and everything happening in and around india. I am especially impressed with the shows like "Devil's Advocate".
I watched Devid Mudfold on the show, it was jaw dropping questioning by the Devil of the Monsters Inc! Karan Thapar. The guest had to answer each of the questions with ultimate wisdom and had to become diplomatic to the extent of denying several questions or spare the words with extreme care. This is power of Indian Media. I could see the answers like "I can't answer that", he was probably on the edge of sweating (The american guest), Karan's questions were so direct and clear and articulate that it made him fell like talking to a judge (Billion people, truly). When I see this kind of responsibility to clarify the standpoint of other nations, I feel that Indian media is passionate enough, and thats the reason I am proud of Indian Media especially few people like Karan Thapar, Rajdeep Sardesai, Sagarika Ghosh, Barkha Dutt etc. I like the way they want to get to more and more clarity and they dont hesitate. Hats off to their journalism.
